The Streatham campus of the University of Exeter is built around a country estate and overlooking the city. It is the university’s largest site in Exeter which has a botanic garden, teaching buildings, sports park, library, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance of each other.

ACCOMMODATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF EXETER The accommodation unit at the University of Exeter offers Wi-Fi, no extra bills of any sort after the accommodation fee has been paid. In addition, it contains a common room, computer access, and desk space. The accommodation includes flats, single and double rooms and traditional halls of residence. Depending on the student’s choice and preference. The accommodation unit also offers the option of Private accommodation, catered and self – catered accommodations. Due to the high demand for accommodation by the students, the accommodation offer is based on a first-come and first-served basis. Students, might not get their initial residency choice, but a close one.
