About Roger Casement Fellowship Programme

The Roger Casement fellowship is to honor the memory of the Irish human rights activist Roger Casement.
With his humanitarian legacy in mind, the Government of Ireland been decided to support one Nigerian student to study a master’s degree in human rights in Ireland. The purpose of the Roger Casement Fellowship Programme is to provide talented candidates with the opportunity to pursue advanced education and professional development in Ireland in order to contribute to the future development of Nigeria.

Level/Field of Study

Basically, the Irish Aid Roger Casement Fellowship is for masters. Students who have completed their undergraduate studies can apply for this fellowship below the deadline. In addition, the Roger Casement fellowship is only for courses such as Law, Human Rights, and Governance. This means that you have to study any of these courses aforementioned in your undergraduate program or be ready to swap to them after studying a related course.
