One way is to look at your Instagram Insights. This is where you can see data about your account, including how many people have followed or unfollowed you in the past month. Another method is to use a third-party app. OR You can visit their profile and click on the “followers” tab. This will show you a list of their most recent followers, in reverse chronological order.
