Non-routine enrolment includes the following instances:

Kindergarten Enrolment

Tuition Fees for Guilford County Schools
Guilford County Schools utilizes a secure K12 Payment Centre system for payment of all fees. Parents can now make payments conveniently from anywhere. Online payment also supports credit and debit card payments. Parents can also make ACES payments, field trip payments, yearbooks payments, lost book payments, and meal payments using the K12 Payment Centre. School Meals
Parents can deposit funds into their child’s cafeteria account. The child can use the funds to purchase food items, lunch, or breakfast. Parents can access their children’s purchasing history and set low-notification options for their children’s accounts.
After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES)
You can choose to either make an ACES payment online or at the school. You can always contact site coordinators for your payment history and child’s account balance. Scholarships
Through the Say Yes Guilford program, students can access scholarships to aid assist their academics. The Say Yes Guilford program is under the administration of the Guilford Scholarship board.
