British Chevening Scholarships for International Students
Deadline: 6 Nov annually. Chevening Scholarships are the UK government’s global scholarship program, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner Organisations. ETH Zurich supports outstanding domestic and international students who wish to follow a Master’s degree at ETH Zurich, Switzerland with two scholarship programs: the Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) and the Master Scholarship Programme (MSP). The Master Scholarship (MSP) awards a tuition waiver and partial stipend and study and living expenses (valued at CHF 6,000 per semester). UNIL Master’s Grants in Switzerland for Foreign Students
Deadline: 1 Nov annually. The University of Lausanne in Switzerland is pleased to offer the UNIL Master’s Grants on a competitive basis to around 10 international students who wish to pursue a Master’s Degree at the University. The scholarship is granted for the minimum statutory period of the program chosen by the student. It amounts to CHF 1,600 per month from 15 September to 15 July (or 10 months a year) for the complete duration of the masters (one and a half years or two years depending on the chosen masters). The validity may expire in cases of definitive failure after the first year. Desired candidates are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent at a foreign university and also to have a language level of at least B2 (according to the European Language Portfolio global scale) in French or English according to the language in which your chosen masters is taught. A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Scholarship – BI Norwegian Business School, Norway
Deadline: March 1 annually. Wilhelmsen Foundation is pleased to offer two scholarships to international students at the BI Norwegian Business School, Norway for the Academic year commencing autumn 2022. To be eligible for this scholarship, an interested candidate must apply for admission to, and be accepted in, a Master of Science program at BI Norwegian Business School. All interested applicants must then write a scholarship application letter for this specific scholarship, addressed to the A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Board, to be uploaded together with your application for admission. The letter should be a maximum of one page where the following must be included: your goals and motivation for studying at BI, your career ambitions, and you feel that you can contribute to the program and study environment, and why you feel the scholarship is necessary for you to fulfill your educational and career ambitions. The value of this scholarship is NOK 150.000 annually (75.000 per semester) for the whole duration of the program. Sciences Po University, Paris, France created the Emile Boutmy Scholarships after the founder of Sciences Po in order to attract the very best international students from outside of the European Union who are first-time applicants and who have been admitted to an undergraduate or Master’s program.
